■ 平成２２年度 第１回役員常設委員会 報告
本年度第１回役員常設委員会が４月２７日（火）午後１時半からいてふ会館で開かれました。学校からは６名の先生方（佐藤校長、上田教頭、前田教頭、緒方事務長、小林総務部長、平野先生）のご出席をいただきました。
金田会長の挨拶に続いて校長先生から「これまでの先輩の先生方の努力を胸に刻み、生徒の生活面の充実を基盤に生徒一人一人の進路希望を達成させたい」、とのご挨拶をいただきました。
続いて、進路状況の説明がありましたが、特に進学面でこれまでに無い立派な実績を上げて頂いていました。後輩の頑張りを嬉しく思うと同時に、先生方のご指導に感謝申し上げます。
出席委員の紹介の後、議事に移りました（先生方退席）。
■議事１：平成２１年度（１）会務報告、（２）会計報告、（３）会計監査報告。
- 説明・質疑応答の後、承認されました。
■議事２：平成２２年度（１）行事予定、（２）予算案
- 説明の後、提案通り承認されました。
■議事３：いてふ会規約改正について
- 提案：現行活動に合った条文内容にする。

■議事４：いてふ会臨時総会について
- 提案：開催日(６月１３日)、議題（１００周年関係・他）、準備（企画委員）
- 説明の後、承認されました。
■議事５：いてふ会会報４１号発行について
- 提案：時期（１０月）、内容（１００周年関係・他）、発送同封物（募金趣意書・他）
- 説明の後、承認されました。
■議事６：１００周年記念行事・事業について
- 進捗状況について実行委員会の各部会担当者から報告がありました。
諸連絡の後、午後３時５０分に閉会しました。
